I didn't feel like leaving, had a pleasant experience and will choose the place for future trips. The venue was incredibly beautiful and perfect, I liked the stay and the location was decent just next door to the city centre and perfect garden. The breakfast offered lots of amazing meals. Very good services were available. I could park the car nearby.
No.

There was a bus that took us into Aix easily enough so that was good, as it is too far to walk in the heat of July. The exterior of the building was ok, with somewhere to sit, which was necessary as the room were dark. At least there was a kitchenette of sorts so we could have a cup of tea, and eat in rather than go into town.
One of the staff had a bad attitude and was quite unpleasant .The room was dark and smelt of damp , particularly the small dark bathroom. A pretty awful room , would never stay again or recommend. The carpet was old and looked filthy even though it wouldn't have been. All old worn decor, no kettle, though water could be boiled in a pot for tea making .

Beautiful building located out of town. Lovely garden and fountains.
Hard to find building. Located behind a sports park over the freeway from town. Even the GPS was confused. Dark rooms, no air conditioning so upstairs area was very hot and stuffy.

This hotel is located in a very beautiful old renovated building. the apartments have two stories with the master bed roon in teh upper story. Unfortunately some of the rooms hav the master bed room in the upper story and teh bathroom in the lower story and the stairs are not really comfortable to navigate at night. Each apartment has a small private garden and a kitchen, both adding to the feeling of home away from home... Breakfast is not better then adequate, and quite expensive as far as value fo rmoney is concerned. We were two couples who came to the hotel one day before the booking . We were very disappointed that we were asked for a much higher price (25 Euro) for the extra night for each room. Although clearly the hotel was entitled to do so, our previous expereince with hotels booked through the same internt site, was quite different.

Breakfast, If you can call it that, was POOR! If one does not arrive fairly early, you maybe out of luck to get anything !! And price too steep for items provided.

The environment is nice, looking excatly as the pictures says. The location is ok if you have got a car.
Not convinient to walk in to the city center, wich is worth a visit. A lot of nice restaurants and people enjoying the evening life. The beds downstairs were not very nice (sofa beds, two singles) but upstairs (one double bed) it was better. Not so high standard, not exactly clean bathroom but still worth a visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this great hotel on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence. the fenced and green territory with free parking was perfect for our young family. the rooms for 4 people were spacious and the kitchenette was a great addition. the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. the front desk staff, especially the young ladies, were incredibly charming and helpful. They went the extra mile to research wineries that served dinner and found us the perfect one. We highly recommend visiting La Coste for a treat dining experience on their outdoor terrace with live jazz music. the onion tart was absolutely fantastic. It was the perfect way to end our trip, away from the tourist crowds in Aix-en-Provence.
We felt at ease during our stay and have no complaints.

Nicely renovated old building, nice, clean, comfortable room.
Lack of balcony on the first floor for the studios, not so bright rooms. No real garden (only for the 4 person apartments) nor a bench to have a rest outside the hotel. Far from the center of the town.
